Tamara Maduro

Tamara Maduro is the Managing Partner at Hatstone, specializing in advising onshore law firms, banks, and financial institutions on BVI aspects of complex corporate and finance transactions. With over a decade of experience, Tamara has developed expertise in various financing structures, including syndicated finance and M&A transactions, and has been recognized as a recommended lawyer by the Legal 500 in 2023. Previously, Tamara held various positions, including Senior Associate at Collas Crill and Associate roles at firms such as Harneys and Appleby. Tamara is also a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths for the BVI, and earned a degree in Law from the University of Durham along with several other qualifications in trust management and legal training.
