HAUM is more than a yoga studio.
It is a place to belong.

In two beautifully crafted spaces in the heart of San Francisco, people gather not just to move, but to reconnect with themselves and with one another. Our vision is rooted in a simple truth:

Everyone deserves to experience the transformational journey of coming home to who they truly are.

As a Queer Mexican American owned studio, HAUM was built to welcome everybody and every story. Here, community is not an afterthought. It is the foundation. The warmth you feel when you walk in the door, the way teachers know your name, the sense that you are seen, held, and invited to be exactly who you are, this is the heart of HAUM.

Our teachers are among the most experienced in the Bay Area, and our commitment to them matches our commitment to our students. We are proud to offer the highest teacher compensation in the region because great teaching creates great communities.

What lives here
-> Inclusive yoga that welcomes everybody.
-> Workshops and gatherings that deepen connection, expand understanding, and spark transformation.
-> Teacher trainings that cultivate the next generation of conscious leaders.
