We think traditional apartments in Japan are boring and outdated, with the potential to be so much more. We think sharehouses in Japan have a bad image, with the potential to be so much more.  We intend to change this by designing, building and operating a new category of living spaces, with the potential to also be work, play, eat and community spaces.

Our intention:
•	To redefine the way people live by providing space to grow.  
•	To reimagine the living space for work, play, eat and community.
•	To recreate the living sector as more than just a place to sleep.  

With 4 projects under development within central Tokyo and the first building opening early 2024, we are in startup phase and seeking initial members to help us build the company together - grow with us.
