90%+ of our clients come to us through referrals, which reflects the trust our clients place in us.

Haupt & Co is an independent mortgage, protection and commercial finance brokerage based in Bristol, serving clients across the UK.

We provide whole-of-market advice across residential mortgages, buy-to-let, commercial finance, second charge, equity release and asset finance. With access to over 130 lenders, we are not tied to one bank or one set of products. We look at the full picture, your goals, your circumstances and what genuinely makes sense, then source the most suitable solution.

We work with first-time buyers, home movers, landlords, self-employed clients and business owners. We specialise in complex cases and regularly help where high street banks or other brokers cannot.

Protection is just as important as the mortgage itself. We advise on life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and private medical insurance to ensure your home, income and family are protected if the unexpected happens. We explain everything clearly so you understand what you are covered for and only pay for what you actually need.

We are driven by 3 core values:

•	Honesty
•	Clarity
•	Care

At Haupt & Co, you’re not just getting advice, you’re gaining:

•	A long-term partner, focused on your financial wellbeing, not quick wins.
•	A trusted recommendation, reflected in the fact that over 90% of our clients come to us through referrals.
•	Complete clarity, so you understand exactly what you’re getting, what it costs, and why it’s been recommended.
•	Honest advice, even when it means telling you to wait or do nothing - because saving you money matters more than earning a fee.
•	Responsive, comprehensive, and proactive support.
•	Direct access to qualified advisers, not call centres or middlemen.

If you are looking for clear, practical mortgage or protection advice, we would love to hear from you.
