Eric McCarthy

Eric McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Eric began their career as a Sales Associate at OfficeMax in 2009, where they assisted customers, stocked shelves, and organized the store. In 2013, they worked as a Golf Course Maintenance employee at Shadow Ridge Country Club, managing various responsibilities and effectively communicating with colleagues. Eric then joined Freedom Specialty Contracting Inc. in 2014 as a Construction Laborer, where they efficiently managed multiple tasks and ensured smooth operations for trades. From 2015 to 2020, Eric worked at Ayars & Ayars, Inc., initially as a Project Manager Intern, where they assisted in project management, subcontractor coordination, and cost estimation. Eric later transitioned into the role of an Estimator, analyzing blueprints, tracking costs, and evaluating the cost-effectiveness of projects. Eric currently serves as a Project Manager at Hausmann Construction Inc., a position they have held since 2020.

Eric McCarthy attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2012 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Construction Management. In October 2020, they earned the certification of Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies.
