Aiala Hernando is a cultural strategist and program management director with 12+ years of experience in driving high-impact initiatives in the culture sector. She specializes in managing the design and delivery of complex, ambitious, tech-driven multidisciplinary cultural projects; leading teams to craft impactful visions.

As Head of Special Projects for Noor Riyadh Festival, she leads two core interdisciplinary teams of 40+ people each to deliver the festival’s biggest projects, coordinating workflow across teams from project inception through to the design and operational phases. Acting as project management director, she manages key stakeholder engagements, client relationships, overseeing budget and timeline.
