Eric Gaillard

Eric Gaillard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HRIS project management and Workday implementations. Currently serving as the Global HRIS Project Manager at Havas Group since December 2021, Eric oversees Workday domains across more than 40 countries, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and Finance teams. Prior to this role, Eric spent over 11 years at vente-privee as a Workday Solution Architect and Program Manager, leading various technical initiatives and product life cycles. His earlier work involved significant contributions to VoIP development and online security services at Telecom Italia and Club-Internet, respectively. Eric holds an Operational Management degree from ESSEC Business School and has completed multiple certifications in Workday and HR management.
