Sidharth Das is an experienced professional in the energy and lighting sectors, currently serving as Head of Distributed Solar (Projects & Key Accounts) at Havells India Ltd since March 2016, where responsibilities include leading a national team of solar sales professionals and managing both top and bottom lines of the vertical. Prior to this role, Sidharth held the position of Head of Sales for UPS Systems and Solar at Su-Kam Power Systems Limited, focusing on analyzing the energy landscape and identifying new business opportunities. Sidharth's earlier career includes significant roles at Philips Lighting as Regional Manager for Key Accounts, and as Territory Manager at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, along with engineering experience as Sr. Project Engineer at Bajaj Electricals Ltd, managing major projects. Sidharth holds a Senior Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Utkal University.
