Vikas Arora

Vikas Arora is an experienced professional in sales and operations management, currently serving as Associate Vice President of EWA at Havells India Ltd since December 2023. Vikas has held significant roles including Head of Sales for Switchgear & Wiring Accessories at Orient Electric from June 2016 to January 2024, and Head of Retail Operation at MTS Group, where responsibilities included P&L accountability for numerous branded outlets. Vikas has a solid background in enhancing retail operations, channel profitability, and strategic planning in previous positions at Tata Teleservices Ltd, Essar Telecom Retail Ltd, Airtel, Whirlpool of India Ltd, and Hitachi Amrtrex Home Solution Ltd. Vikas holds an Executive MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Technology and Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Amrutvahini College of Engineering.
