The Electrical Consumer Durable segment comprises fans, water heaters and domestic appliances. Its subsidiaries include Havells Sylvania Brasil Iluminacao Ltda., Havells Sylvania (Thailand) Ltd., Havells USA Inc., Havells Sylvania Iluminacion (Chile) Ltda, Havells International Limited and Havells Holdings Limited.
