Its subsidiaries include Havells Sylvania Brasil Iluminacao Ltda., Havells Sylvania (Thailand) Ltd., Havells USA Inc., Havells Sylvania Iluminacion (Chile) Ltda, Havells International Limited and Havells Holdings Limited.
