Amanda Ross

Amanda Ross is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial control, tax, and treasury. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Control, Tax & Treasury at Haven since April 2025, Amanda has previously held significant roles including Group Financial Controller and Group Financial Accounting Manager at Dr. Martens plc from May 2018 to April 2025. Prior to this, Amanda worked as Group Reporting Manager at Infinis from May 2014 to May 2018 and as Group Financial Accountant at Deloitte from March 2004 to May 2014. Amanda began the career as an Audit Assistant at KPMG from 2000 to 2004. Amanda earned a First-Class degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham between 1997 and 2000.
