At Haven Connect, everything begins with connection.

We connect skilled professionals to opportunity, and construction and engineering businesses to the talent they need to deliver complex, high-value projects across Europe.

With over 20 years of recruitment experience, our strength lies in building trusted relationships and bridging borders in labour-short markets.

Our focus:

Construction & Engineering — supplying specialist talent that powers Europe’s leading projects, from data centres and infrastructure to utilities, MEP, and specialist engineering delivery.

We work closely with Tier-1 contractors, specialist engineering firms, and project delivery partners, supporting both permanent and project-based hiring where quality, compliance, and reliability matter.

We are more than a recruitment agency.
We are a project-led talent partner, built on long-term relationships, transparency, and a deep understanding of how critical the right people are to successful delivery.

As a family-run, people-first business, integrity sits at the heart of everything we do. Our role is not simply to fill vacancies, but to create lasting partnerships that strengthen teams, support careers, and enable projects to succeed.
