Caroline Caselli has extensive work experience in the social services field. In 2011, they began working as a Case Manager and Bilingual Employment Case Manager for Catholic Charities CYO. During this time, they consistently exceeded contract goals of placing 65% of homeless families in permanent or transitional housing. In 2013, they began working as Support Services Manager for the Tenderloin Housing Clinic, where they managed a team of 7 case managers at 5 different SRO hotels and strategized and implemented department goals. Caroline also became a member of the Shelter Monitoring Committee for the City and County of San Francisco. In 2015, Caroline became the CEO and Head of Product for Haven Connect, where they built a technology platform to connect low-income applicants and affordable housing property managers. Caroline grew the user base to 200k users and changed multiple state policies to allow easier access to housing. In 2016, Caroline became a Social Innovation Fellow for StartingBloc, where they attended the StartingBloc NOLA '16 Institute to develop skills, build alliances, and gain access to the resources needed to create social impact.
Caroline Caselli attended the University of Southern California from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Gender Studies. Prior to that, they attended Archbishop Mitty from 2000 to 2004.
