Scott Degroot

Scott Degroot has been in the business world for over 20 years. Scott started their career at Kimberly-Clark, where they worked their way up to Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for leading all aspects of the company's North American transportation network. This included managing a freight budget of over $600 million and improving on-time delivery to best-in-class levels.

In 2013, Scott was promoted to General Manager of the company's East Grocery division. In this role, they were responsible for driving joint business growth and profitability for both Kimberly-Clark and its customers. Scott did this through innovation, collaboration, and excellent execution.

In 2009, Scott was promoted to Director of Customer Supply Chain Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the supply chain for Kimberly-Clark's customers.

In 2020, Scott left Kimberly-Clark to join Haven as an Advisory Board Member.
