Rusty Winget is the Manager of the Gold Leaf Moulding Division at Havenlight, where they have been involved since 2016 in designing and manufacturing high-end picture and mirror frames. They also serve as Division Manager at Foundation Arts, specializing in 22-karat gold frames. Rusty previously worked as Production Manager at Repartee & Framework from 1992 to 1996. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and have a foundational education in Business from BYU.
