Having honed culinary skills at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group and gained insights into sustainability at Restaurant Noma, Levi now serves as General Manager at the New York Botanical Garden, leading a team to promote a sustainable food program. As Founder and CEO of both Avant Candle and Lilli Enterprises, they have successfully developed innovative business models while driving significant revenue growth. Levi holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
