HavenRise Academy is a dedicated behavioral health program created exclusively for adolescents in grades 6–12, offering structured and developmentally attuned care for young people navigating emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

We serve adolescents and their families through PHP, IOP, and outpatient services, using a trauma-informed and holistic approach that reflects our focus on clinical excellence, compassion, and resilience. Our philosophy is simple: effective care goes beyond reducing symptoms. It helps adolescents strengthen relationships, build confidence, improve coping skills, and develop the tools they need to thrive.

Our multidisciplinary team creates personalized treatment plans that meet each adolescent where they are, whether they are stepping down from residential care or seeking structured support for the first time. Every part of our program is rooted in collaboration and designed to ensure families feel supported as partners throughout the process.
