Stratton Brooks

Stratton Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career as an Archivist Intern at the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture in 2017, followed by a Communications Internship at the Tulsa Artist Fellowship and a Branding Internship at Oklahomans for Equality. In 2013, they worked as a Partner Trainer at Starbucks. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Living Arts of Tulsa as a Communication Manager and later as a Communication Intern, where they executed PR strategies for a non-profit art gallery. In 2021, they embarked on a career change and became a Software Engineering Student specializing in Augmented and Virtual Reality at Holberton School. After completing their studies in 2022, they worked as a Freelance Software Engineer, focusing on iOS, Android, and Augmented Reality projects at StrattonXR. Currently, they are working as a Jr. Software Engineer at HAVIK, a company that provides virtual reality training solutions for the military.

Stratton Brooks attended The University of Tulsa from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management with a focus on Advertising. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Holberton School in 2021. Stratton is expected to complete their program at Holberton School in 2022, specializing in Computer Science with a focus on Augmented and Virtual Reality. Additionally, they obtained the Unity Certified Associate: Game Developer certification from Unity in February 2022.
