Matthew Kling has over 20 years of experience in sales and management within the HVAC and commercial real estate sectors. Since January 2009, Matthew has served as an HVAC Sales Engineer at Havtech, while also holding a position as Managing Partner at All M Properties since January 2013, focusing on net leased commercial real estate. Prior experience includes serving as a General Partner at MJK Investment Group from January 2008 to March 2016, where the focus was on securities investments aimed at achieving superior financial returns. Earlier roles include Sales Engineer at York International from July 2002 to August 2008 and a sales position at triCerat from August 2001 to March 2002. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and completed high school at John Carroll High School and Augsburg American High School.
