Manuel Scarpa has extensive experience in quality management and engineering across various companies. Beginning with a role as Verfahrenstechniker at Weidmann Plastics Technology AG from August 2006 to April 2008, Scarpa progressed through positions as Qualitätsprüfer at Neotecha AG and Wild & Küpfer AG, as well as Qualitätsverantwortlicher at WKK Kaltbrunn AG from March 2014 to August 2021. Currently, Scarpa serves as Leiter Qualitätsmanagement at Hawa Sliding Solutions AG since November 2025, following a significant role at FREITAG as Circle Lead Tarp Quality and Circle Lead Shopfloor (Co-COO) from August 2021 to January 2024.
