Schmid Stefan

Schmid Stefan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Schmid started their career as a Lehrling at WSW Wuppertaler Stadtwerke GmbH in 1980 and worked there until 1983. Schmid then joined the Bundeswehr (German Federal Armed Forces) as an Obergefreiter Waffenmechaniker from 1984 to 1985. In 1990, they became the Leiter Qualitätsstrategie at Vorwerk Gruppe until 1999. After that, they joined HAWE Hydraulik, where they held various positions including Direktor Qualitätsmanagement, Direktor Qualitäts- und Projektmanagement, Representativer Direktor & Präsident, Direktor HR, Organisation & Qualität, and Chief Operating Officer APAC. Lastly, in 2022, they were appointed as the CEO of HAWE Energy Solutions A/S.

Schmid Stefan's education history is as follows:

From 2010 to 2015, Schmid Stefan attended the Lorange Institut of Business Adminstration Zürich, as well as the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and the Ashridge Strategic Management Center. During this time, they pursued an Executive MBA degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften.

Between 2000 and 2005, Schmid Stefan studied at the Graduate School of Business Adminstration Zürich & University of Wales. Schmid completed a Master of Science (MS) degree with a focus on Operations Management & Logistics.

From 1991 to 1993, Schmid Stefan pursued a Diplom degree at Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln. Schmid'sfield of study was Technische Betriebswirtschaft.

Schmid Stefan attended Berufskolleg Barmen der Stadt Wuppertal from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained a degree as a Staatlich geprüfter Techniker. Schmid'sfield of study was Maschinenbautechnik/Maschinentechnik/Techniker.

Finally, from 1980 to 1983, Schmid Stefan completed their Berufsausbildung (vocational training) at Berufskolleg Barmen der Stadt Wuppertal. Schmid'sfield of study was Zehrspahnungsmechaniker.
