Ciaran O'Kane

Ciaran O'Kane (ACA) has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Ciaran is currently the Head of Finance at HAWK:AI since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PwC Deutschland from 2019 to 2022, where they held positions as a Senior Manager and Manager in Financial Due Diligence (Transaction Services). Their responsibilities included providing financial services for both private equity and corporate clients, with a focus on SaaS/tech and healthcare sectors. Ciaran also worked at PwC UK from 2013 to 2018, where they held roles as a Manager and Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence, as well as an Associate in Audit. In addition, they have previous experience as a Recruitment Administrator at NHS East of England and NHS East of England Strategic Health Authority. Ciaran also worked as a Finance & Administration Intern and Freelance Consultant at Allianz Global Benefits and as an Intern at PwC. Furthermore, they volunteered at London 2012 as a Gamesmaker - NOC Assistant.

Ciaran O'Kane completed their A-Levels in Economics, German, Mathematics, Spanish, and PE at Hills Road Sixth Form Centre, Cambridge, from 2005 to 2007. Ciaran then pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Economics with German at the University of Nottingham from 2008 to 2012. Continuing their education, Ciaran obtained their Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAEW, from 2013 to 2016.
