Jennifer E. has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 as a Supervisor at Perle Hotels Limited. Jennifer later worked as a Restaurant Manager at SEA BREEZES LIMITED from 2006 to 2009. Jennifer then moved on to become the Opening Restaurant Manager at The View Restaurant - Cuillin Hills Hotel from 2009 to 2011. Jennifer then joined Las Iguanas as a Manager from 2011 to 2013. Jennifer's next role was at COREcruitment Ltd, where they held various positions including Restaurant & Retail Recruitment Consultant, Head of Restaurant & Retail Recruitment, and Head of Leisure and Entertainment Recruitment from 2013 to 2019. Jennifer then became the Group Head of Recruitment at Harts Group from 2019 to 2020. After that, Jennifer worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at BURGER KING™ UK for a brief period in 2021. Jennifer then joined Hawksmoor as the Head of Talent Acquisition, starting in June 2021. Currently, Jennifer is serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Springboard, starting from March 2022.
