Steve Neff has over 15 years of experience at HawkSoft, starting as Customer Support Team Lead in December 2008 and advancing to Customer Success Manager in February 2018. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Oregon State University, obtained between 1987 and 1990, Steve Neff combines educational foundation with extensive expertise in customer support and success within the company.
