John Barnes is the Department Manager of Product Support at Hawksoft. Prior to Hawksoft, John worked as a Senior Service Consultant at Farmers Insurance from July 2007 to October 2013 where they were responsible for reviewing and remedies procedural and regulatory policy discrepancies with internal personnel and clients. John also worked as a Benefits Administrator at Bank of America from December 2005 to June 2007 where they were part of a team which managed the integration software of sales information to the marketing department.
John Barnes has a certification in insurance from the AIS Certification program and a high school diploma from Aloha High School. John has also taken courses in music and mathematics.
John Barnes reports to Jake Dunbar, Director, Product Support. They work with and Dion Innes - Education Services Manager.
