Michael Ley

He worked in the industry as an agent and agency owner for 20 years before joining the HawkSoft team. Being involved in HUG (HawkSoft User Group), he got to know the team at HawkSoft and worked alongside them at different conferences and conventions. In those experiences, he was able to see the passion that each HawkSoft employee has for not only the product, but the people and users of their product. Seeing and experiencing the company culture and family-centered focus made it easy to want to be part of it.
