With over 20 years of management experience in various industries, Sandy brings a well-rounded and pragmatic approach to overseeing her department of seasoned bookkeepers. She has extensive experience in both customer-facing roles and behind-the-scenes accounting roles. Sandy is in her 3rd year with HawkSoft and has demonstrated her management and operational skills in Product Support, Client Services, and now, Managed Services. She works hand in hand with their customers to ensure that their experience is exceptional.
