As Founder and CEO of Hawktivity since October 2022, Richard leads the development of advanced computer vision sensors that provide real-time insights across various industries. Additionally, as Director and Co-founder of Predictive Insights, Richard is involved in business development and product strategy. Richard's prior roles include Director and Chief Innovation Officer at Polymorph Systems, where a strong focus on collaboration and innovation has driven success, and Director at Bloodhound Technologies, facilitating strategic product development partnerships. Richard's early career includes key engineering positions at RRS, Multenet Technologies, Sunspace, Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd, and a tenure as a lecturer at the University of Stellenbosch, backed by multiple degrees from the same institution.
