As the current President and CEO of MillerKnoll since July 2021, Andi oversees a collective of renowned brands in the design industry, including Herman Miller and Knoll. Previously, Andi served as Global President of Banana Republic at Gap Inc., managing a $2.8 billion global brand with significant operational responsibilities. Other notable positions include President and CEO of Herman Miller, member of the Board of Directors at Mizzen+Main and Taylor Morrison, and various roles at Gap, including EVP of Gap Global Outlet.
