James Luxton

James Luxton is a Senior Associate at Hayball, with a career spanning from February 2002 to the present, where additional roles have included Associate, Project Architect, and Graduate Architect. Luxton co-founded Luxton Architecture in September 2014, serving as Partner. In 2011, Luxton contributed as a Lecturer at the Melbourne School of Design at the University of Melbourne. Earlier experience includes serving as a Non-resident Tutor in Architecture at Ormond College in 2005 and working as a Student Architect at Perrott Lyon Mathieson from 1999 to 2001. Luxton holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) and a Bachelor of Property & Construction from the University of Melbourne, completed between 1999 and 2001, and a Bachelor of Planning & Design (Architecture) from the same university, earned from 1995 to 1997. Education began at Carey Baptist Grammar School, where Luxton studied from 1982 to 1994.
