Patrick Larcom

Patrick Larcom is an accomplished Project Manager at Haycon, where responsibilities include designing and constructing Passive House commercial and residential buildings in the Greater Boston Area. As Owner and Head Coach of Renegade Rowing since 2012, Patrick has significantly contributed to coaching education and leadership development through various initiatives at Community Rowing, Inc. and the Institute for Rowing Leadership. Patrick's rowing coaching career includes positions at multiple institutions, where success is evidenced by notable achievements in competition. With a solid engineering background derived from work as a Mechanical Engineer for the United States Department of Defense and advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Rowing Leadership, Patrick Larcom combines technical expertise with a passion for rowing and coaching.
