Amy Radka has extensive work experience in marketing and strategic growth. Amy began their career in 2004 as a Marketing College Co-Op at Dow, where they gained valuable experience in specialty chemicals. Amy later worked as a Sales Service Specialist and Operational Subject Matter Expert at Dow Building Solutions from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, Amy served as a Product & Asset Manager at Dow Building Solutions, where they managed cross-functional implementation plans and launched new innovations. Amy then took on the role of Retail Marketing Manager - North America at Dow from 2016 to 2017, where they developed and executed marketing strategies for the retail market.
Amy then joined DowDuPont in 2018 as the Consumer & Retail Market Leader, Performance Building Solutions, where they were responsible for developing and executing marketing and channel strategies. Amy continued their role as a Market leader at DuPont from 2019 to 2021, where they focused on B2B2C and MRO segments.
In 2021, Amy joined Myers Industries as the Consumer Marketing Lead, responsible for driving the growth and evolution of the Consumer Segment. Amy contributed to a 26% increase in revenue and accounted for 15% of the company's total annual revenue.
Currently, Amy is the Director of Marketing & Strategic Growth at Haydon Corporation, where they are responsible for expanding within the company's verticals and developing growth strategies for future opportunities. Amy focuses on marketing strategy, profitability, place and partnership strategies, customer experience, product innovation and development, and digital and data strategy.
Amy Radka attended Saginaw Valley State University - College of Business and Management from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing, Accounting, and Management. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Reese High School from 1998 to 2002, where they achieved the distinction of Valedictorian. In 2019, Amy enrolled in Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business for a program called Executive Leadership for Women, although it is unclear whether they completed a degree in that field.
