Ben Lammers

Ben Lammers has a diverse work experience spanning over twenty years. Ben currently works as an Operations Leader at Haydon Corporation since December 2022. Prior to that, they were associated with SepsaMedha S.L.U., where they held the positions of General Manager Operations from August 2020 to December 2022, and Project Manager from January 2020 to July 2020.

Before SepsaMedha S.L.U., Ben worked at Knorr-Bremse for a significant duration. Ben served as a Director of Operations from November 2016 to December 2019 and from August 2014 to November 2016. Additionally, they held the role of Production Manager from April 2011 to August 2014 and Industrial Engineering Manager from November 2009 to April 2011. At Knorr-Bremse, Ben was responsible for various tasks including production management, procurement, technology transfer, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

During their career, Ben also worked at Improven as a Consultant from August 2008 to July 2009, Tyco Electronics as a Project Engineer from February 2008 to August 2008, PDM as a Consultant from November 2005 to February 2008, and Punch metals nv as an Industrial Engineer from September 2001 to November 2005. Ben Lammers has a diverse education history. After that, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Master's degree in Production-automation at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.

In 2004, Ben enrolled at DAF to further enhance their knowledge in Operations Management and Supervision. Ben obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from DAF Trucks NV in 2005. Additionally, during the same period, they pursued a Master's degree in Lean Manufacturing from VIK - Vlaamse Ingenieurskamer.

In 2013, Ben attended IE Business School, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global MBA in 2014. This marked their foray into the field of business management.

In terms of additional certifications, Ben obtained the Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from DAF Trucks NV in 2005. Ben also earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2020.
