Kaethe Schuster has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kaethe began their career as a Marketing Manager at Wolverine Bank, where they worked from 1996 to 1999. After that, they joined The Dow Chemical Company, where they held various roles, including Customer Account Representative, Customer Service & Operations Manager, Product/Asset Manager, and Marketing Director, North America. During their time at Dow, they focused on developing marketing strategies, managing customer accounts, and overseeing product and asset management. In 2015, they joined DuPont as a Sales Director, Global, where they played a crucial role in developing solutions for the built environment and ensuring sustainability and energy efficiency. After working at DuPont for six years, they joined Myers Industries as Vice President in Sales, overseeing the SCEPTER™ product line until November 2022. In 2023, they established their own company, Schuster & Associates, LLC, where they became the President. Additionally, they also hold the position of Vice President, Sales & Revenue at Haydon Corporation since 2023.

Kaethe Schuster attended Northwood University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a BBA degree in Marketing and Business Management. Kaethe has also received additional certifications including the Award for Sales Excellence from DuPont in 2020, a Certificate in Sales Growth Leadership from Cornell University in 2019, the Pinnacle Award for Selling Excellence from DowDuPont in 2017, the Pinnacle Award for Selling Excellence from Dow in 2015, the T2 Team Leadership Award from Dow in 2015, the FRSA-TRI Fifth Edition Tile Installation Certification from the Tile Roofing Institute, and the Six Sigma Green Belt from Six Sigma.
