Stephen Cluff, P.E., is currently the Director of Wastewater Engineering at Hayduk Engineering LLC and the owner of Hawk Applied Science Services, LLC. They have extensive experience in wastewater process design and project management, having previously worked as a Senior Facilities Engineer at Newsday Media Group and as a Senior Associate at Hazen and Sawyer. Stephen has also served in various roles within the military, including as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant in the Army National Guard and a Pararescue Specialist in the Air National Guard. Additionally, they are a certificated flight instructor and active in the Long Island Soaring Association. Stephen holds a Master of Science from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University.
