Established in 2019 as Way Network Africa, we embarked on a journey of empowerment, nurturing the potential of over 1,000 young Africans across three West African nations with our weekly sessions on career readiness, employability, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Today, we stand reborn and fully primed to seize the boundless digital opportunities that await our youth.

HAYES represents our commitment to harnessing the power of technology and AI to amplify our impact, bridging the divide in employability and careers for the next generation of African leaders. Our mission extends beyond individual growth; we aspire to catalyze economic prosperity and cultivate a digital renaissance across the continent.
