Robert Fraser

Robert Fraser has extensive experience in change management and IT transformation, currently serving as Change and Transformation Director at Hayfin Capital Management LLP since November 2020. Previously, Robert held the position of Interim CIO UK & Ire at Northgate Vehicle Hire and served as IT & Transformation Director at Provident Financial Group. Experience includes significant roles at Salmon, Bupa, and Dell Inc, where notable achievements include delivering enterprise solutions for major clients, managing complex programs in health insurance, and leading global teams to implement sales and marketing applications. Robert holds an MSc in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and a B.Eng in Physics & Electronics from the University of Glasgow.
