Tamara Devitt

Tamara Devitt is a seasoned labor and employment partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP, since February 2013, operating from the Orange County office and specializing in defense against claims of discrimination, unlawful harassment, wrongful termination, unfair business practices, and wage and hour issues, including class actions and complex litigation. Prior to this role, Tamara served as the managing partner and employment attorney at the Los Angeles office of Fisher & Phillips LLP from 2011 to 2013, as well as a partner and employment attorney with the same firm from 2000 to 2010, focusing on various employment litigation matters and providing advice and counseling. Tamara's career began in human resources at Crain Communications Inc/Crain's Chicago Business from 1991 to 2000.
