Tom Chen

Tom Chen serves as a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP since February 2009, holding additional roles as Diversity Equity and Inclusion Co-Chair, Member of the Executive Committee, and Member of the Partner Compensation Committee. Prior to this, Tom Chen was a Partner at MacPherson Kwok Chen & Heid LLP from June 2002 to February 2009 and held Partnership at Skjerven Morrill MacPherson in early 2002. Tom Chen began legal career as an Attorney at Skjerven Morrill MacPherson Franklin & Friel LLP from 1996 to 2001 and previously worked as an Engineer at Hughes Aircraft Missile Systems Group from 1989 to 1993. Educational achievements include a JD Cum Laude from Pepperdine Law, Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from UCLA.
