Patrick Baidinger is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project management and operations. Since October 2012, Patrick has held various leadership roles at Hays + Sons, including General Manager, Indianapolis Operations Manager, Construction Manager, and Project Manager. Prior to this, Patrick served as an Outside Sales Representative at Unique Home Solutions from September 2010 to October 2012 and as a Project Manager at Restoration Systems, INC. from July 2007 to February 2010. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and an Associate's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Indiana State University, completed between 2002 and 2006.
