André Scholze

André Scholze is currently the Abteilungsleiter Digital Technology & Engineering at Hays, where they previously held positions including Senior Teamleiter and Key Account Manager Engineering. Prior to joining Hays, they worked at DIS AG as a Recruiter in Finance and gained experience as a Junior Consultant at a digital signage company. André began their career as a Fachinformatiker at an IT and digital signage provider. They are currently pursuing degrees in Business Law and Labor Law at Hochschule RheinMain and ZAR, respectively, alongside a degree in Fachinformatiker from ISBAC.
