André Simões

André Simões is currently the PayRoll Manager Iberia at Hays, where they oversee various aspects of human capital management, including competencies, talent management, and HR business indicators. Previously, they served as the Head of PayRoll HR at Lidl Portugal and held multiple roles at Carris, including Chief of HR Technical Support. André has also gained experience as a summer trainee at the Financial Department of Opway. They earned a Master in Management - Corporate Sciences from ISEG - School of Economics and Management and have been invited to teach classes and seminars at several universities.
