Antony McElwee

Antony McElwee serves as the President of the Board of Directors and a Board Director for the Fernie Chamber of Commerce since April 2022. With 16 years of experience in recruitment and staffing, including 11 years in North America, Antony currently holds the position of Vice President within the Client Solutions team at Hays, focusing on developing solutions for clients across various industries. Previous roles at Hays include Manager - Senior Finance, specializing in recruiting senior finance professionals in Sydney, and Team Manager in the Auckland CBD office, where Antony led the Accountancy & Finance division. Antony obtained a Certificate in Leadership and Inclusion from Centennial College in 2022 and has a foundational education from St Kentigern College.
