Bailey King

Bailey King serves as the Regional Director for Hays Technical Business unit in Queensland, overseeing various portfolios including Construction and Property, Engineering, Mining, Facilities Management, Manufacturing and Logistics, Energy, Defence, and Trades and Labour. Bailey's career at Hays began in 2007 with a focus on Sales & Marketing on the Gold Coast, leading to a promotion within the Senior Finance business unit due to exceptional local performance. Prior to Hays, Bailey held the position of Business Director at CargoWise, where responsibilities included managing the APAC sales team and collaborating closely with customer service and implementation teams to deliver industry-leading software for the freight forwarding sector. In addition, Bailey has experience as a Management Consultant at Ballistix and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Southern Queensland.
