Barney Ely

Barney Ely is currently the Managing Director for the South East region at Hays, a position held since January 2009, and has held various leadership roles within the company, including Regional Director for Hampshire, Surrey, and Dorset, and UK&I Director for Human Resources Specialism. Previously, Barney served as Director for the Senior Finance Specialism and as Operational Director in Greater London, managing multiple sites and overseeing significant staff teams. With a solid foundation in business studies specializing in human resources from London South Bank University, Barney has been instrumental in driving organizational success at Hays since 1998.
