Dan Ferguson

Dan Ferguson has extensive experience in recruitment and customer support, currently serving as a Manager and Managing Consultant at Hays since January 2021, where involvement includes recruitment for the Construction & Property team across North West England. Prior to this role, Dan worked at Sitel as a Customer Support Specialist and held various positions in fundraising, including Campaign Manager at Heart 2 Heart Fundraising and Team Lead at Ways Fundraising. Early career experience includes a Healthcare Associate role at The Contact Company. Dan holds a 2:1 degree in Music from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BTEC in Music from Hugh Baird College.
