Dan Rogers ML

Dan Rogers is currently the Technology Director for UK&I and India at Hays Plc, where they leverage extensive commercial and senior leadership experience gained over a 27-year career with the company. They have successfully led operations, project management, and infrastructure projects, recently focusing on cybersecurity training initiatives. As the founder of Cotswold Yeti Mountaineering, Dan specializes in guiding diverse groups in the UK's mountains while also serving on the Board of Trustees for Astriid, a charity dedicated to connecting people with long-term health conditions to meaningful work. Dan holds a degree in Music from the University of Exeter and is a qualified Mountain Leader.
