David Brown

David Brown has served as the CEO of Hays Americas since July 2005, leading efforts to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions across the Americas. Under David's leadership, Hays has become renowned for placing over 2,000 candidates annually through a network of 12 offices in the U.S. Prior to Hays, David held the position of Market Director at Kforce from 1997 to 2005 and served as an Account Executive at BellSouth in 1996. David's educational background includes a degree from Randolph-Macon College, attended from 1991 to 1995, and earlier studies at Gilman School from 1987 to 1991.
