Gavin Jones

Gavin Jones serves as the Business Director for Policy and Strategy at Hays since November 2013, focusing on temporary and contract recruitment for government organizations. With expertise in non-technical project and programme management, policymaking, regulatory affairs, and social research, Gavin also possesses strong skills in analysis and evaluation, encompassing policy, business and statistical analysis, and performance management. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at Hays and an England Language Teacher position at the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. Gavin holds an MA in Linguistics & TESOL from Newcastle University and a BSc (Hons) from the University of Lancashire.
